How your empire grows
You start with one zone, make it produce, launder the money, build infrastructure and use that base to pressure the map. Every system moves the next.
Each zone produces, houses troops and opens routes.
Dirty money gives muscle; clean money builds power.
Improve production, defense, laundering and unlocks.
Attacks, espionage, legal pressure, extortion and transport.
The right contacts put out problems when heat rises.
First 10 minutes
Costa Nostra is learned by playing: choose a faction and the server assigns a protected neighborhood at random with room to grow. The Consigliere guides you without blocking the screen.
Pick one of six factions with clear percentage-based modifiers. Availability depends on open starting territory.
The server assigns an eligible neighborhood with at least two open expansion routes; new players do not choose the exact point.
Turn DM into CM, raise buildings and recruit street, intelligence or legal staff around your plan.
Run PvE missions, read the map, bribe contacts and prepare expansion once you have strength.
New-player protection can last up to 72 hours and ends if you launch a hostile action. Use that window to learn the economy and prepare defenses.

Territorial map
336 conquerable zones across Europe and the Mediterranean, Japan and Latin America. Grow through local links and open air corridors between regions.
Three theaters of power
Different landscapes, territorial networks and starting factions turn every air deployment into a strategic decision.

The dense historic core: cities, ports and borders where four of the six factions begin.

The Yakuza’s home territory, linked by urban corridors, coastline and technological infrastructure.

The largest region and the Cartel’s starting ground, stretching from Mexico and the Caribbean to the Southern Cone.
Choose your faction
Compare benefits, tradeoffs and signature perks exactly as they apply in game. Initial selection depends on the capacity available for each faction.

Tradition, paperwork and institutional power.
Accelerate production, cut company costs and lean on the legal cover of your own Judge.
Operations against rivals
Your actions leave from the zone where you stand. Vehicles and routes cut travel time; an Airport connects regions through expeditionary deployments.
Fall on an enemy zone and rob 25% of its unprotected Dirty Money.
Seize control of a rival zone once war is declared.
Infiltrate agents and uncover enemy troops, buildings and production.
Your accountant exposes the rival’s finances without being detected.
The mole stalls production, steals DM or burns one of their contacts.
Lawyers and lobbyists freeze companies and open investigations.
Collect an hourly tribute on someone else’s production.
Move money between your zones with escorts and sea routes.
Playable interventions
Some operations and missions open optional minigames. Winning improves the action; skipping or failing leaves normal resolution to continue.

Clear the checkpoints before the police catch the convoy and cut fifteen minutes from deployment.

Move through shadows, avoid vision cones and complete objectives to strengthen the mission’s success chance.

Plot a path through the network, manage exploits and evade ICE to secure at least a successful result.
Cards, duels and tournaments
Prepare a 10-card deck, face PvE rivals, challenge other players and enter round-based tournaments for special prizes.
Choose cards from your collection, including duplicates if you own them. Each match deals a random hand of 5.
When you place a card, its top, right, bottom and left values compare against adjacent rival cards.
When the board fills or a hand runs out, the player controlling more cards on the table wins.
PvE grants cards and Clean Money; PvP uses escrow so the wager stays safe until the result.
